His shirt and jacket are worn slightly open, exposing his chest and a gold chain necklace, and his footwear consists of a pair of knee-length green boots with green straps. He also wears dark red, fingerless gloves and a pair of red and green headphones around his neck. As a Nanba Prison broadcaster, he wears a yellow armband on his right arm.
Personality[]

Described as Nanba Prison's noise problem, he is loud and boisterous in nature, known to both shout and play music at too loud a volume,[11][12] to the perpetual irritation of those around him. He is also rather childish, frequently teasing others[13] and pulling juvenile pranks at a moment's notice[14]. He is rather carefree and often fails to take legitimately dangerous situations seriously even while those around him are panicking; upon realizing that Enki Gokuu had escaped from his cell, he displayed no urgency at the event.
While his loud and childish nature is often a source of annoyance his coworkers, the inmates tend to find his antics amusing. Mitsuru goes to great lengths to entertain them, having assisted Uno with his recreation room,[15] helped plan and build Nico's game console and even planned and saw to the construction of an artificial beach for them.[16] This, along with his act of ensuring that Hitoshi was able to work with his brother for a day upon his request,[17] displays a certain amount of compassion and selflessness.
