Kazari Otogi (御十義 飾 Otogi Kazari) is the head scientist at Nanba Prison.
Appearance[]
Kazari wears her lavender-colored hair up in a neat, round bun where her bun is decorated with two tama kanzashi (Japanese hair sticks). Her eyes, eyebrows and eyelashes all share the same lavender color. She shows signs of aging as there are a few wrinkles around her eyes and under her cheeks. She is also very slim.
Kazari wears a royal purple yukata-like top, with a lighter purple undercoat, a bright green and yellow obi-like waistband, and black three-quarter length Capri-pants, with royal purple pinstripes. She wears a white lab coat with a bright-green armband on her right bicep. The armband has a white heart on it. She wears a pair of black soled, royal purple geta-like sandals. Kazari has accessorized with many silver piercings on her ears: three flat buttons on each ear and two smaller stretcher earrings. As she is the head scientist of Nanba Prison, she dons a futuristic, green lens/screen over her left eye. She is also often seen with a cigar.
Personality[]
Kazari showcases two very distinct sides: Easily angered, and caring giver. She often fights with her husband Okina Otogi over trivial things.
Her caring side is shown when she gives Nico his one-of-a-kind gaming system.

Plot[]
Kazari first appeared blasting through the wall with missile launcher where she is still angry over Okina Otogi about the way he fries his eggs, to the point of threatening a divorce with him. The fight between the two stopped when their KAGU-8 questioned what a divorce is, asking if they are getting one, upon Uno's request. She then leads Nico and the other inmates to the gaming room that she set up after Building 13 won the New Year's tournament.
