Dread has doubts in Momoko Hyakushiki's abilities to be a warden of
Nanba Prison. She makes this clear as when she talks with
Kenshirou Yozakura, she explains to him that in the past, Momoko allowed
Inmate 610 to escape, allow a prison break with casualties and even let her former subordinate get killed. She says that she is worried that Momoko still retains her position as a warden despite all the incidents she has committed, then continues to say that she believes that being a prison warden is a difficult occupation for a woman and that, as she thought, she can't handle it.
